Greg earned his B.A.A. in Sports Studies from Central Michigan University and his Masters Degree in Sports Management from Western Illinois University. Before joining the Marshals, he was the Asst. General Manager for the Lansing Lugnuts, High A affiliate of the Oakland A’s. Among his other sports industry experiences he has spent time as Assistant Athletic Director at Central Michigan University, Intramural/Sport Club Coordinator at the University of Notre Dame, Event Manager at the Jacksonville Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum, Director of Operations at the Dow Events Center, and was the very first Director of Stadium Operations for the Great Lakes Loons, High A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was also the Commissioner of the legendary 2020 Lemonade League, a Summer Collegiate Wood Bat League at Jackson Field in Lansing, which he fully organized to replace the canceled Minor League Baseball season. Greg has 4 kids and 2 grandchildren. They enjoy rock and crystal hunting as well as music and movies.
